Community Draw Rules

A Draw is a promotional benefit that a Creator or Chancemarket may offer to Members. Entries are included with an eligible membership at no additional charge — they are not sold, cannot be purchased separately, and have no cash value. Your subscription pays for Membership Access as described in the Terms (content, community, messaging and events); participation in a Draw, where offered, is a free additional benefit of that membership.

Nothing in these rules obligates any Creator or Chancemarket to run a Draw in any given period, and the existence of a Draw in one month does not guarantee one in the next.

Each Draw identifies its promoter in the Draw's own description. Unless a Draw states otherwise, the promoter is Chancemarket Protocol, operated by Twimbox LLC, and the prize is provided by the Creator or partner named in the Draw description. • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• You must hold an account in good standing and, for member-only Draws, an active eligible membership at the time specified in the Draw description.
• Draws are void where prohibited by law. We may restrict a Draw to, or exclude it from, specific countries or regions to comply with local law, and may require proof of age, identity or residency before awarding a prize.
• Employees and immediate family or household members of Chancemarket, and of the Creator hosting a given Draw, may not participate in that Draw.
• Tickets generated by bots or automation, bulk tickets, tickets from duplicate accounts, and tickets on behalf of another person are invalid.

Eligible Members are entered automatically — there is nothing to buy and no action to take beyond holding the eligible membership described in the Draw. The Draw description states which membership tiers are eligible, the entry period, and any additional free entry methods offered for that Draw. Where the number of entries varies (for example, by membership tier or tenure), the Draw description says so before the entry period closes.

At the close of the entry period, the winner is selected at random from all valid entries by Chancemarket's automated draw system. Creators cannot influence the outcome. Where a Draw is streamed or performed live, the live result is the official result. The selection is final, subject only to the eligibility verification and dispute process described below. If a selected entrant is found ineligible or in breach of the Terms, that entry is void and a replacement winner is drawn by the same method.

Winners are announced on the platform and notified using the contact details on their account. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current. The winner must claim the prize through their Chancemarket account within 21 days of the draw date. A prize may only be claimed by the account holder who won it. If a prize is not claimed within the claim window, or a winner cannot be verified after reasonable attempts, the prize is forfeited and we may, at our discretion, redraw or withdraw it.

The Draw description states how each prize is delivered — shipment, digital delivery, transfer, or in-person collection — and who bears any delivery costs. The prize provider must retain proof of delivery. Prizes are as described in the Draw, cannot be exchanged for other items, and are not transferable to another person. Any taxes or fees associated with receiving a prize are the winner's responsibility unless the Draw description states otherwise. Prizes involving property, vehicles or other titled assets may require additional documentation specific to the jurisdiction, and transfer timelines for such prizes may exceed the standard delivery window.

Funds connected to a Draw are held by Chancemarket until the winner confirms receipt of the prize. A prize provider is not paid out for a Draw until the prize is confirmed. If a prize provider fails to deliver a prize as advertised, Chancemarket will compensate the winner with a substitute of equivalent value, funded from the amounts withheld from that provider.

This protection applies to the prize as described in the official Draw description. It does not cover representations made outside the platform that are inconsistent with that description.

After claiming, the winner has 21 days to either confirm the prize was received as advertised or open a dispute through support. Confirming the prize releases the held funds to the prize provider and closes the Draw. Opening a dispute triggers an investigation by Chancemarket; while a dispute is open, the held funds are not released. If the dispute is resolved in the winner's favor, Section 8 applies. If the winner neither confirms nor disputes within the window, the Draw is closed and funds are released. Dispute decisions are final, without prejudice to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

The following may not be offered as prizes in any Draw:

• Anything illegal to sell, own or transfer in the winner's or provider's jurisdiction.
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
• Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or prescription medications.
• Alcohol or tobacco products, where their promotion or transfer is restricted.
• Counterfeit goods or goods that infringe third-party intellectual property.
• Live animals.
• Identity documents, financial instruments in another person's name, or personal data.
• Adult or sexually explicit material (see our Acceptable Use Policy).
• Hazardous materials.

The suitability of any prize is subject to Chancemarket's sole discretion, and we may remove a Draw whose prize violates this Section at any time.

To demonstrate that a valid award took place, we publish the winner's username (never their email or full legal name) alongside each completed Draw, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any additional publicity — interviews, promotional recordings, or use of a winner's name, image or likeness in marketing — happens only with the winner's prior consent; declining has no effect on the prize.

We may cancel, suspend or modify a Draw where fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond our reasonable control compromises its integrity, and may disqualify any participant who breaches the Terms or these rules. If a Draw is cancelled before its close, no entries are drawn and — because entries are a free benefit — memberships are unaffected; any separate rights under the Terms (including the refund provisions) remain as stated there. We may update these rules from time to time; the version in force when a Draw opens governs that Draw. These rules are governed by the same law and dispute-resolution provisions as the Terms.
